This week Drastic Plastic Records has re-released the 1980 debut album Inside My Brain and the 1982 follow up, Back From Samoa, by the SoCal punk legends – Angry Samoans!
Both albums, originally released on Bad Trip Records, are getting a sexy makeover. 3,000 limited edition, remastered vinyl copies of each record have been released, with 1,500 on a fatty slab on 200gram wax, and the other 1,500 on colored vinyl (Inside My Brain on blood-red vinyl, and Back From Samoa on opaque-yellow vinyl). AND they didn’t stop there!!! Each will come packaged in 24 pt. heavy, foil-numbered Stoughton (wtf?) jackets (gold foil for color vinyl, and silver foil for 200-gram).
