For Cool-Tite, summer in L.A. means BBQ’s, pool hangs, and a shit-ton of shows and festivals. We didn’t have to go far for the second annual Lolipalooza, hosted by Echo Park label, Lolipop Records. Lolipalooza 2 was a full day of bands, comedians, and familiar faces. For most of the bands and show-goers, the Echo/Echoplex is home. Our favorite female-fronted, rock goddesses Feels, Death Valley Girls, Kim and The Created, and L.A. Witch jammed out to the L.A. crowd. Another notable act was San Francisco-based band, Useless Eaters. They had us at their heavy garage riffs and crunchy vocals. Thanks to Lolipop Records and Echo/Plex for a good time and for bringing such talented musicians to the scene. We love you!
